Welcome to “onCoach” — the online personal development system — to assist workshop attendees, coaches and session administrators in the post-session individualized coaching process. onCoach systematically facilitates:

  • enrolling with a particular coach for a series of coaching dates and times,
  • completing a personal Action Plan and making that plan available to the coach; onCoach offers pre-defined development goals and suggested reading lists,
  • online journaling by workshop attendees during and after the coaching process,
  • access to individualized notes from their coach,
  • learning “buddies” to facilitate continued support by/with peers during and following the coaching process,
  • access to in-depth learning resources.
Coaches are better able to communicate with the workshop attendees during the post-session coaching process, track coaching sessions and attendees, access coaching resources, and update individual and session-specific notes. onCoach offers session administrators an organized, online vehicle for providing post-workshop individualized coaching to optimize learning retention and the return on their learning investment.
